Live at the Reverbathon April 27th-28th 2024

The REVERBATHON is RadioReverb’s annual fundraiser which helps keep Brighton’s favourite radio station independent and ad-free. It’s a live two-day broadcast and community event  on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th April 2024.

Broadcasting live from RadioReverb’s studio in Brighton Open Market on Saturday 27th April and the Hope & Ruin pub on Sunday 28th, all the money raised by the event will contribute to the running of the radio station. This will enable it to remain playlist and advert free.

Each hour a different presenter will take to the airwaves with a special edition of their unique show. Other presenters, guests and musicians will be dropping in for short sessions and chats, creating a totally unique, one-off local radio experience. Presenters scheduled to appear include Goatee Phil, Karen Morton, Paul Wilson, Melita Dennett, DJ Lamp, Kairen Kemp, Pete Jones, Mark Johnson, Waves of Brighton crew, The Albion Roar and many more.

They’ll be joined by local musicians, businesses and personalities for a unique celebration of what makes Brighton & Hove the great place it is.

We’ve also got a double celebration as 2024 is the 20th anniversary of RadioReverb first taking to the airwaves during the Brighton Festival in 2004!

This is an opportunity for you to make a donation to support our unique work, or for your local business sponsor a show to get your messages out to listeners across Brighton, Hove and beyond. All the money raised during the Reverbathon goes directly back into the running of the station, upgrading equipment and giving an opportunity to bring in new shows with local voices.

£100 gives you sole exclusive sponsorship of a show of your choice. You will have the option of a live or pre-recorded interview during the programme, along with endorsement of your events, listings, or services and additional associated social media advertising through our @radioreverb Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Twitter accounts, with a combined following of over 16.5k people.

£50 gives you joint sponsorship of a show of your choice. You will have the option of a live or pre-recorded interview during the show, endorsement of your events, listings, or services during the show, alongside other sponsors.

Other arrangements, such as additional interview spots, features or listings read out by our presenters, are all negotiable.
